The graph below shows the hours of day light for Bern, the light blue areas show the twilight periods, i.e. when it is sufficiently light to walk without artificial light.

Keep in mind that, depending on the altitude, twilight can be up to 10 mins longer in the mountains. During the summer time period, you've to add 1 hour. For every degree West of Bern (7°26' E), you've to add 4 mins, a small correction as illustrated in the table below.
